Spend time with family and friends
some good music
travel to places (nature lovers would know it)
Great going so far,another thing to add from myside is to read books on spirituality.
As I pass through a stressful time it sometime gives me immense power in that process, a proud feeling , it's difficult to express.
I don't do much to relieve the stress I just do some exercise may be run for 5 km, that's all.
I believe being healthy makes us mentally strong enough to manage stress.
Also spending time with family helps me relieve any stress.
Also as C_S rightly said -> Also thanking god on how lucky we are compared millions of poor and underprivileged
For me, it would be purchasing anything for the car / any gadget.. a mini DIY. or go on a mini photo-walk
The feeling is enough to bust any kind of stress. :car
Nobody goes out on an hogging spree when stressed?
I sometimes do, and it contributes largely to my tummy.
