With JEEP C-SUV in near future along with new Punto ,Avventura and Linea in between late 2016 to 2018, their task will be bit easier than their predecessor.

Toughest phase of FIAT started since late 2014 and going on since then...

But change is always good.. Wish you all the Luck....:joyful:

What seem like good, determined new senior appointments, these.

btw, FCA is on a new senior country-head level (all brands) appointment spree in many countries, just in the past 2/3 months: australia, britain, france, germany, japan, etc.

i.e., the appointment of Kevin Flynn and since then of these less-senior, specialist managers is just part of a larger FCA change, of pushing for more aggressive quantity and quality of local management, esp of sales, distribution, service and fleet-services, as well as marketing/PR.

imo this is a function of FCA's vastly improved overall profitability and the ebbing away of the usa-market and brands-centrism, with the 'globalization' of sales beyond the old core markets of NAmerica, Europe and LatAm getting its long-needed 'push' from the very top, esp of course China, but it seems India and Australia too (in 'Asia-Pacific'.)

Wonder what emissions have to do with Marketing skills? This man seems to have 15 years of experience in sales and marketing across FMCG, entertainment and automobiles sectors.

    Duh...
