Thats Kool Bro...
hi all , think its appropriate to put my issue in to this same thread , I have a similar issue when my Tjet crosses 140 i am feeling the vibration in complete car under me , this got confused bcoz some roads i cross 160 no vibrations came. can any one throw light on this , have once changed back right Tyre before 4 months
Was balancing done before putting in the new tyre to the car?
If the vibrations are appearing only on certain roads and the car is fine elsewhere, then it should be a road issue. 140kmph is not a slow speed by any means and imperfections in the road surface get amplified fast and strong.
for all 5 Wheel balance was done but once i changed the puncture tyre i didn't do wheel balance.
I was facing the same issue in my MJD before i replaced the tires.
Car used to Vibrate a lot at 130-140,but as soon as i crossed 155,it went on fine without any vibrations.
hi Akshay , thanks for rewinding my mind , think that's the answer , i should have gone in fractions to 160 which vibrations went off when decelerated i got the same vibrations at 140's , so what did you do ?
Vibes at a particular speed band = balancing issue.
Either your wheels were not properly balanced or you have bent an alloy or damaged the tyre after balancing was done.
Thanks , let me go for wheel balancing and alignment then will update this thread.
I got new tires,as earlier set had worn out
