    Hi Friends,

One of my friend is selling his 5 Punto Alloy wheels. Almost new. It has run around 8000kms.
He is quoting 33K for 5 wheels.
Let me know at what price can I negotiate.

    33K is a unrealistic price.
If you look around you will find them for half the price he is quoting.

You are saying 5 wheels. Is this OE or after market? If it is after market, what make?

Its 195/60/R15 stock (OE) Punto alloys and (OE)Good Year GT3 tires.
Sorry for being clear. The quote is for both Alloy and Tires included.
I am looking for my Punto Active wheels to be replaced with these 15" OE alloys/Tires.
I was thinking of quoting following:
    1500 per GT3 tire x 5 = 7500
    Punto OE Alloys 4000 x 5 = 20000

Let me know if this is a good price to buy.

Looks decent but try to get him down to 30K
you should have said that tyres are included.

deal looks ok considering alloys are in good condition.

are you sure about the fifth wheel being an alloy?
looks like he has bought one separately, cos punto never came with 5 alloys!

just FYI new oem alloys from kava are available for 6k/piece.

BTW, can we fit 15" Punto OE Alloys to Active? Will there be any rim/hub rings change?
I assume Active comes with 5.5J rim width. Please confirm.

Also, compared to after market alloys; do you suggest to fit OE Punto Alloys?
I am learning that getting 98PCD is getting tougher as well. Not sure what composition of alloys in aftermarket comes with.
I am sure OE Alloys are safe bet. How is GT3? My Active with JKs are already bald for 25K kms.

1000 * 5 = 5000 for GT3 as tires have age of 5 yrs or so and company recomends change after 5 yrs even you have drove 10000 kms as rubber looses its property
    3000 * 5 = 15000 thats a max / best market value for used Alloys

Obviously you can put it without thinking twice. They are direct fitments. No need to worry. You can also try to source Linea alloys, they look hotter than Punto OEM alloys.

You can fit 15" alloys easily on Active it fits perfectly with out any issues cost is quite ok when compared to the OEM that costs 9999/- per piece
