Beautiful, hope fiat is looking into this page.
Sat - That is a picture of a FIAT Linea Monte Bianco, concept showcased by FIAT themselves, in 2008. Sadly, they never ever mass manufactured. Wonder why.
PS: This pic has been my wallpaper ever since I bought the Jet and I hope to make mine look like this, except the sun roof
I remember seeing a few pics of a Linea from Chandigarh getting 17 at bhp forum.
FIAT Linea Dynamic MJD 2010 Bossa Nova White Modified Alloys +45K report and HID pg.6 - Team-BHP
a frnd of mine is having this same alloys in his linea.. 16" ..taken from his fb prof....
^^ great !! the above picture will definitely help me to take a decision.
Dropped the plan to change the wheel size to 16".My alloys are fine and no bends.
So took a decision to go for higher profile tires and upgraded to Michelin Primacy 3ST, 195-65-R15., 6200/- per pc.
Super comfort and no noise . Did it to get the 7 mm extra GC and better comfort.
Also the state of the roads with horrible potholes and hillock like speed breakers in Bangalore forced me to change the tyres to a higher profile.
I preffered not to change the suspension as many said it's not as comfortable like the old one.
Handling in city no difference observed, yet to check on highway runs.
Is it possible to post the pic of the upgraded tyres, I am in the process of changing mine and confused with 16" or not?
Here are the pics.
Nowadays I am seeing many Punto Linea with higher profile tyres in Bangalore.
The fitting is not an issue if you are fine with other small side effects like odo errors, handling compare to low profile tyres etc etc.
16" alloys (oem) and tyres both cost are high.
Compare to 15" inches you pay appx 5k-8k for 5 tyres + 10k per oem alloys, extra.
