Spotted this one today. Can anybody read the number?
Had an NCP sticker on the rear window.
It belongs to someone named "Narse" which is a surname as is what was intended in the Devanagari typographical twist. Pretty sure its illegal, but it belongs to somebody or somebody's somebody, if you know what I mean . So it's readable to those who read even bare basic Hindi-Marathi; about everyone in Mumbai.
Well that is a trick so that in case these guys get in trouble no one can easily read the licence plate. In B'lore the traffic cops do stop and fine guys but it is limited to only private vehicle owners only, owners with politician's influence go scot free by 1 phone call.
In this case above he might loose his job or get transferred or loose promotion if any. Will be looked inside the department as a moron or troublemaker for pulling-up a vehicle with a badge or flag, alienated even by his seniors who should protect him. Just stating things as they are unfortunately in our country.
What is the dash cam you use?
How do you figure it's a dash cam.. is there anything specific apart from the day and date marker..?? Just curious ..
The location at which the camera is placed, plus the super wide angle lens
Separate names with a comma.
