Good one Amit, I am also facing this noise issue from GT3s but using the music therapy for the extra noise. btw the noise is sometime unbearable on wet roads.
  4. Re: Replacement of stock tyres (goodyear GT3) for Linea

My 20,000 kms Good Year GT3 has an offer of Rs. 600 per tyre incase i exchange them for new tyres.
This offer was made by Raja Tyres, Royapettah, Chennai.

    Binze

Rs. 600 per tyre is peanuts. Can't you wait 4-5 months to get to 30,000 kms & then discard these GT3 altogether?

Re: Replacement of stock TYRES for the PUNTO

My GP is now 26000 KM old. August is due with couple of trips (atleast 2-3) to Baroda/Ahemdabad and it will make my GP another 1000-2000 KM older + daily city drive. My recent past couple of distant travel to Delhi and Jaipur, made my tyre wear fast. The front tyres has lost more grips (which are now been shifted to rear). I'm assuming by next month, I had to get new shoes for my car.

Time to look out for 15" tyres  . I have set 3 options for now:

    Micheline, Primacy LC.
    Yokohama, A or S Drive.
    Bridgestone Potenza G3.

    What you guys, suggest?

You must be wondering how come 15"??? Well you may call me Lucky for that. I recently got an FREE deal with a guy, whom I know very well at Kharghar. He has upgraded his new Punto alloys with after market stuff. And the original alloys have been gifted to me ;). Amogh are you listening!!! :dance

What I have done to my earlier Alloys?
Well, I have shifted back to steel rims, until I put 15" alloys. If anyone interested in those 14", PM me :).

My vote will go to Bridgestone.

    Have not used Yoko's

Michelin experience on the Skoda was bad. Tyre was finished within 20k. Customer Support was terrible

Looks like it has to happen to me. ;)

Actually I was considering Micheline, but now will give a thought on it. Let's see.
