    Re: What tyres to buy??

Even Yokohama C drives. They pick up stones from everywhere and produce an irritating noise (as if the bearing is gone bad).

You may want to wait a bit. I spoke to the dealer in Bangalore and he is expecting P 3ST stock in 195/60 R15 this weekend. No idea on the pricing yet.

That Great news Rajan for 60 profile. I am waiting for this.

In Hyd, near my home Michelin dealer told 6240 per tyre of 65 profile. 60 may be little less. I have to negotiate much then for 60/65. Is dealer charging more ?

Yes i had a communication with Nikhil on the other forum regarding this.
But dealers here up north dont even know if any tyre like that exists.
I am sold on ER 60,as it looks like a 205,and is pretty VFM.

Hmmm... interesting.. I thought Goodyears were the only one's which were 2 to 3 mm wider when compared to other brands

I have considered ER60 for stock tyre replacement when i bought punto. later I dropped, bcoz GT3's dry/wet grip and comfort was good initially. But regreted after 25k kms drive on GT3's. though the grip was good it looses shape.
is der any comfort and performance difference between MY02 and ER60 ?

I got my GT3 195/60 side sliced twice. Once at around 100km/hr it went it a gutter side edge got sliced and had a bend alloy.
second time one mentally retarded guy placed an grind stone on the road my MJD ran into it and again side edge got cut in the shape of 2 inch square again OEM alloy got smashed

Anoop abs, have a read of the previous 5-10 pages of this thread. We have discussed a lot of tyre options.

Stick to 195/60-15. It's quite a perfect fit for the car.
