I got the tyre change, balancing and alignment done at Madhu's recently and I realized that camber is off by almost a degree. Required was -0.25 deg and achieved was -1.1 deg which was same as original mentioned in the report. When enquired about this, they mentioned that camber can't be adjusted on Fiats, it has to be done by FASS only by adjusting suspension mountings.

    My queries:
    1. How bad is 1 deg off camber for tyre wear? Tyre center person mentioned that TOE has bigger effect than Camber on tyre wear.

    2. Is it easy to correct this? What are the best options in Bangalore to correct this? How expensive it would be?

Same is observed on my ride. So as suggested by alignment person I asked same to FASS. This was observed due to bad bump.
FASS guys changed camber bolt and added extra washers as the new bolt is bigger than the one comes with car.

After installing the bolt, did the alignment and the issue with the camber setting is no more now.

Does this come under running repair or can I push for warranty?
    How much will this cost?
I presume this takes more than a day at FASS.

Ohh that's great, I shall get it fixed quickly with FASS, before it effects the brand new tyres.

Weird noise after rotated tires - Car Talk

Finally, i think i have got the answer to the annoying sound from the wheels. Since i rotated the wheels from front to the back after a long time, i has got a wear pattern or what they call as "cupped". That's why i get the sound and vibration @ 40 kmph.

@Rajan, didn't understand the logic behind your comment (the wheels to be rotated 180 deg) but blindly followed and it didn't work. The sound is still there.

I think i should drive only with front two wheels to match the wear of the rear or hear music loudly so that i don't hear that sound :evilsmile

Same here, how important are these..
I mean what effect and margin of errors are good in a practical sense.

I heard that tyre empire is also good, but no personal experience.
