What is this car? Spotted yesterday at GST Road near Tambaram.
It is a Mahindra.
Spotted a horde of those in the tiruporur road a week back. Right from Facelift Scorpio till some variant of Maxximo.

It does look very much Mahindra. But, I was not sure why would Mahindra test here in Chennai with the TN registration.
Ramesh, Mahindra has their R&D centre in chennai at Mahindra city and many parts vendors here too.
Mahindra's new plant is coming up near Cheyyar, where their compact SUV is going to be produced. Many of Mahindra's new vehicles/models/variants are being tested in Tamil Nadu. On 20 May 2014, I saw a Mahindra XUV 500, probably AT version, was being test-driven at Kothagiri-Ooty road, when I rode to Ooty. I could not click photos because it was raining. During my return journey too, I saw the same vehicle driven towards Ooty.
Had a chance to drive my friend's brand new 90HP. Two observations:
-Gearshift is much better
-Clutch travel is less, almost like the marutis,
Do u mean they have improved it? since when i wonder..
Yes. I mean they both improved. The car I drove is just a week and 200kms old.
Whoaa! This is some news. So, since which batch of manufacturing did Fiat implement these changes? As usual, Fiat gives its customers chance to discover and get bewildered on their own
