Guys, I am thinking of changing both Tyres of my 2007 Pulsar 180CC. Which one to go for. I dont want to go for fatter rear tyre which is found in new 180CC.

The stock tyres lasted for 60K Kms.

I have used Michelin Pilot Sporty and Continental ContiGO!!! tyres in my Pulsar 150, they are awesome for city rides. Only negative is that they wear out faster due to the fact that they are soft compound and they have less grip on slush.

    Thanks Driv3r .

Grip is very important for me. I am fine with low life. Read good reviews abouts Ceat. Is anyone using them in their bikes.

If Grip is important for you then go with MRF Nylogrip Zapper.i dont have idea about Ceat tyres.

Both tyres I have mentioned above are much better in grip and handling than MRF Nylogrips. :)

You can as well take a look at Pirelli. I guess sport Daemon (don't really remember the name). My brother's friend has got them on his Karizma and he is all praise about the tyres :)

Pirellis dont come in the profile suited for Pulsar 180 CC. Bridgestone website doesnt say anything about Bike tyres. May be theyare not available in India. So only options left is MRF, Michelin, Ceat & continental. MRF tyres really last for long but grip doesnt seem to be good after few thousand Kms. Will check Michelin on Saturday

DOes your bike have 18ich or 17inch tyres?

    Front:

    17 : Michelin Pilot Sporty 2.75x17
18 : MRF Zapper FV (this is important... FV not FS) 2.75x18 . It has radium strips on sides so not easy to miss

    Rear:

    17 : MRF Zapper ?? (R15 V1 stock rear tyre) - 100/90-17
    18 : MRF Zapper Q - 100/90-18

^^ These are the best grippy tyres right now IMO in stock sizes.

    Dear Guys,

Had got an invitation to visit Auto Expo. Did so today with lot of effort/pain of driving in the shitty Whitefield traffic. :A

Overall to me it was not exciting as i wished for. Here is list why i think "you would want to visit":

    1. You wish to waste 100 INR unless pass entry
    2. Stay near by to whitefield
    3. Or else ridiculous to drive in the shit traffic all the way screwing up clutch, break pads and fuel ofcourse ;)
    4. Want to see all the car which are present in the showroom at one place
    5. Mall freak
    6. Time pass

There was no much hi-fi cars/bikes which were present. Only 1 from DC and few bikes (custom) mods were there. The rest were covered by our all vendor dealers. Outside there was timing race going on as who will finish X number of laps in less time. The track was short but had lot of curves and stuffs. Other wise no fun at all to me. I was there for like 30 mins and came back.

The FIAT stall was stolen by DC cars (yellow) which was a super car of 280BHP costing 28L Ex showroom. It has Renault engine coz its a subsidiary of Renault ;)

    Few pics from me....
