thank you guys for the support.guess im not alone. It is a mistake on my part to have given the car to them instead of specialised painters.Next time svc will be dumped for good !

Personally I feel the car looks way better without the overboard stickers. I too prefer the plain looks on your car now, those alloys and the car no wonder look magnificent as usual.

    Cheers,
    Pradeep.

After a really long time, posting the update. Car has done 19,000 kms as of now and the roof is painted black now. The car has done many a long trips without a sweat and is remaining a sweet one ! Will post the pictures soon.

we friends drove up to goa for this monsoon last week. It was one helluva trip and the car covered 2000 kms round trip without any protest. The steering feedback and stiff suspension made sure that i had the ultimate driving pleasure throughout the journey.

Now the car does has its own set of negatives. Coming from a volkswagen plastic quality is real bad and those ignorant mechanics add to the problem. The plastic covering the charging port broke sometime back, during this trip a piece of metal touched the charging port and it stopped working. My guess is that fuse might have blown. Placement of this charging port should have been else where. I really wish fiat improves its service quality with jeep coming to india, it's time they pull their socks up.

FIAT is going drown the drain and noone can help them if they dont get their service centres work right. A good car spoilt by the brand and these ignorant service centres. Fiat is really happy with their engine sales i guess. If they dont want to make profit from india why are they selling their cars here, only god knows the reason. Enough of my rant. Got a nice deal on Skoda Laura 1.8 tsi from a senior citizen and I was about to take over the car but flood spoiled everything last year.

The next best option was a hatch back with 100+ bhp & stick shift and Fiat India did the job.Got mine delivered on 28/12/2015, and went out of country in few days. Later started a thread in intro. It's going to be close to an year and done 3000+ kms.
