If someone is facing unexplained & undue delay in delivery, fiat allows purchase from other showroom at different location. And one should not hesitate to avail this facility.

@joeswatmail, go on to FCA official website, find out phone numbers of dealers in other nearby cities, see if it is readily available.

I was offered Avventura by Nanded & Nagpur dealers which is 500 to 1000 km from Pune as there was some problem with the Pune dealer.

 

Thanks @Tornado . No I don't feel the need of the camera as I'm comfortable reversing my avvey. You are right, the day I was taking the delivery of the car, Fait called the Hamirpur showroom guys & asked them to provide me Avvy.
Only sad part is, Fiat Mandi has not yet refunded my booking amount.

 

They must refund the amount, just give a phone call of Fiat Customer service call center, they immediately arrange a call conference.

 

Its so sad to see Fiat bungle up on basic delivery of a routine, mass market product. I had promised myself to curb my rants. But opening up TFI every day and reading all this- just get tempted to comment !
