Don't bother cleaning it. It is a long way to go before you need to do it. I will do it for you.

    And congratulations for the magazine.

    Hi FastLove,

Does this modification (Peter's AIR) voids the warranty ? Apart from mileage, will there be increase in power ? Any other benefits ?

    $$ Damages please ?

    Thanks
    Vasu

    hi vasu,

AIR does increase the bhp and torque in a very sweet way. The response in every gear is improved especially the second and third. With relatively less push of the accelerator you get better delivery of torque which could be the reason for better FE.

Since we are using an after market fitting in our car that is not authorised "yet" by Fiat, its recommended to remove it before a service visit.
Thanks Aaron for the rest ;-)

@karan - look out for the March edition of dreamcarz magazine for the feature on my modifications. there is no episode on wheelocity on this feature. The auto expert who did the review is a correspondent on wheelocity. Maybe, in future we can do a tv show with him. ;-)

Edit - note that the focus of the review was to measure the improvement in performance after the ecu remap by kiirus and additionally i gave them a glimpse of the AIR fitted in my car. The rest was measured on a v-box for the performance improvement in each gear. We got the figures in two runs. Honestly, i was not to excited about the whole test until now and am looking forward to the article like you guys :)

If these are not changed under the warranty (in all probability, it won't @ 45,000 kms), then it makes sense to let the current wipers do the duty till summer is over & change it when monsoon sets in. In summer wiper blades tend to become hard & in any case would need replacement after summer.

What do you mean by OBD cover clips?
