Tappet Clearance – How to Check & Adjust in Palio 1.2 nv Petrol?

In service schedule of Palio 1.2 nv petrol, it is mentioned that a TAPPET CLEARANCE checking & adjustment is required at 30K Km intervals excluding the version with Hydraulic Tappets. My questions are:

(1). Is this car having Hydraulic Tappet? How to know?

(2). How to Adjust & Check T.C. in this car?

(3). What is the difference between Hydraulic Tappet & Normal Tappet?

Your feedback and detailed guidance is eagerly awaited.

    1) Palio NV has no hydraulic tappets. Only Palio S10 1.6 Petrol comes with HLA (Hydraulic lash adjusters)

    2) Palio 1.2 is petrol car. It has no timing chain. It has timing belt.

    3) HLA is oil filled tappets. At the time of operating tappets are operating with hydraulic basis.
Hydraulic tappets has zero valve clearance for precise operating.

Normal tappets requires some amount of fixed clearance between valve and tappets.

P.S. The same engine has used in FIAT Uno 1000 C.C./1200 C.C. EFi
and in Fiat Palio 1108 C.C.
