    Today a surveyor from ACNielsen Research Services Pvt Ltd, came to my office. Asked me a lot of questions regarding my Fiat Linea.

    The survey report ran into pages, starting from Searching for the car, Buying experience, TD, Ownership, VFM etc, etc.,& ending with the current level of satisfaction.

    Given him my full marks 10/10 for the whole car( except for the the Plastic finish near the Ignition Key & below the steering).

    So far I've got three calls from Fiat regarding feedback. I got 1 and my father got two.
    1st call: they inquired about our booking. My father told them that we have already purchased it as well. ::V

    2nd call: They asked my father for "initial ownership review". My father told them that the car is just 75km old so we need some time.

    3rd call: I got a call. I gave full marks to the dealership. 10/10 for everything. Some things they asked about- giving demo of features before delivery, my email ID, any other phone no., photo+puja etc before delivery, quantity of fuel given, dents/scratches etc if any, car properly cleaned or not, time taken for delivery or any undue delays, any bad experience, test drives given satisfactorily, knowledge of sales manager regarding features of the cars and many many more...
    I also advised them that if possible, they need to review their brochure and add more features to the list.
