Suggested warmup/exercise after long drives ??

    Hello All, Not sure if we have a thread on this topic but still starting this...</SPAN>

    With three years with my Punto, I have so far covered 40K km out of which the last 10K was covered in the last 4 months. Recently, I am certainly feeling some level of tiredness (which I agree is common) for a day (or) two.</SPAN>

    My Qs....
    Besides taking a good sleep/rest, is there anything else that needs to be followed to bring down the fatigue.</SPAN>
    Any post warm up exercise/workout suggested bringing it down?</SPAN>
    This sounds weird.... :confused: Is it psychological to feel a higher level of tiredness when you consistently drive between 100-120 ??</SPAN>
    Most of my up & down distance mounts to approx. 800km & I regularly start my trip early in the morning (by 5 AM)</SPAN>
