Speker change Punto Emotion

Hi All,

Just after purchasing Punto 1.3MJD, I realized of making some quick modification in my car. Blaupunkt stereo system is fantastic, but only change required is speakers. They piss off so badly that I didn't heard the music till the day I got 'em replaced. They are of the worst quality on earth. So did made change in my speakers and replaced them with JBL GT5-S256C for front and JBL GT5-S265 for rear. The cost of the speakers are 4500 and 2500 respectively but factory fitted speakers exchanged for 2000 bucks. So they really costed me Rs 5000/- Now stereo plays like some heavenly music with perfect bass, treble and sound clarity. Hope you too would love getting your speakers changed.

Congrats to you for purchasing a great car in great colour. I too own a Tuscan wine. Same pinch for that.

As you said speaker change is very essential for punto for sure. i too Change them to Bull Audio components in the front as of now. But still not changed the rear once. Will do that soon.

Some question from me.

1.Where did u change the speakers???
2.You got Rs 2000 for the factory fitted speakers. Thats great yaar :wow . Please let me the know the location. I too have the speakers lying around with me. I will also give them in exchange.

At least I'm not the only one who is pissed off with speaker quality of punto

Well, my home town is at Kanpur and did exchanged my speakers at Happy Motors. shop is renowned for it car accessories. So, not sure whether you would take the route to kanpur from Gurgaon . But, you should ask the person at accessory store get some thing on exchange. One thing more, try JBL speakers, they are not good as Bose, but extremely awesome.
