I think this topic is related to ECU
So should be divert to ECU firmware Upgradation

I have sent querry about effects on Clutch & gearbox
Because after remapping, there is increase in Torque figure.

Additional torque may be harmfull for gear box.
Let us see what reply from kiirus

Clutch and gear box can take a lot more than what the standard engine supplies.

    But what about Engine Refinement
I think there may be increase in NVH level

Not really. At least we never had this problem with the ones we have done and we have got a lot of experience.

Can mapping hide those short 1 and 2 gear ratios?

When I drove the Linea with 1.3 MJD, and the Punto 1.3 76hp, one thing that struck me was the short 1 and 2 gears. The moment I put my foot on the accelerator, the rpm raises pretty high with the car doing pretty much nothing. It is with 3rd gear that the action starts. I wanted to check whether mapping can do something to make sure that the car does some decent speeds with change in rpms in gears 1 and 2?
