Seat cushion replacement

Hi All,

Of late the seat cushion seem to have become bit harder than usual. Although unsure of it is only the seat covers or the cushion.
Has anyone had experience replacing the cushion? Was planning on DIY for removing the seats covers to begin with. Looking at you tube video process seems straight forward by removing four torx screws used to mount the seat rails.
Any experience?

No I haven't got the opportunity yet, sure will keep you posted. My present seat covers are of Autoform make brought during initial purchase with red stitches. Details here.

This is of PU leather so it could be the seat covers giving discomfort.

 

PU leather won't give up so early. Try cleaning it up with vinyl and leather cleaner such as dazlo available on Amazon. This conditions the covers, making them soft. Give it a try atleast 2 to 3 times. You may use it regularly for cleaning, even if you get new seat covers.
