    Hello Team
I am going to fix the number plate on my new linea bnw.Are there any provisions for fixing the number plate or do we have to drill holes in both the bumpers? Also what is the most suitable size(length and breadth) of the plate.Kindly share your views. Thanks in advance.........

double side tapes won't hold the plates for a long time..then again.. it will depend on the type of tape u use

safer bet would be to screw the plates.. for that u need to drill a hole.

I did had exactly the same dilemma, so i just used stickers instead of plate in the front and regular plate at rear with holes. You can have a glimpse here...

Even fixing with screws is illegal :D
I have seen only J.Ravi's Linea with number plates fixed like this.

I have used a frame for fixing number plate.

The frame is drilled but number plate is not drilled :)

All genuine IND plate manufacturers do provide non-removable screws...but some don't..

Once drilled in these screws can't be removed..

But 95% of cars don't follow it

Friends, I need to replace my number plate as it got bent. Can you let me know if genuine HSRP plates can be bought over the counter in Bangalore? If so pls. suggest a shop.

The older one I had was a normal metal plate, and I am planning to switch to HSRP now if the cost is nominal.

    Thanks.
