    It's normal LED strip (transparent) which i have painted silver.

    Covered LED's with masking tape & painted. Now only LED part is visible, resistor is covered with paint.

    Will get pics of LED today.

    Hi All,

    Couldn't wait for TFI to resume back.

    Here is my DIY pics of rear cabin lights, Painted LED's using Com-paint value pack(shade-Minimal grey).....However daylight photos of LED in car is fixed temporarily. Night time photo is completed one.

    LED strip: Rs. 100/- each
    4 mts wire: Rs. 40/-
    total cost: 140/- only

  8. Brilliant - Using a common item such as a pen box is great ;)

    I have got a full reel (5m) of LED strip light - Will think of an idea to use that strip for the rear. I wouldn't prefer white light - Personally, I feel it will be too bright :eek:

    Power source from front cabin light, can be switched on when left front light is on. Does not affect while driving.
