Recently, I had my Avventura serviced at this service center. Experience was really bad. Here is my rating. Service adviser rating - 2/5 Servicing - 2/5 Delivery - 2/5 All the points which was noted in the job card was not done. Below are the issues which were supposed to get addressed: Seat height adjustment issue was not fixed. AC filter was not fixed properly AC water has started leaking inside the cabin. Wheel rotation was requested but was not done. They ask for any other issues are there which needs to be addressed. But if none are fixed then whats the point of giving to authorized service centers. Moreover Wheel alignment and wheel balancing was also not done also. The reason they sited was machine became non functional because of the flood which occurred in last November 2015. If the same attitude continues, I have no other option other than giving it to third party service centers like BOSH who I think take their work more seriously when compared to FASS. Previously I used to get a feedback call from FASS regarding service which has been performed and that too have stopped.
