    I took delivery of my Linea in Pune in the first week of September. I received my rc papers in about 1.5 months. It is not a smart card though. The dealers have agents at the RTO office and you need to push the dealers to get the rc on time.

    Diptendu@ Indira Nagar RTO is centralized/ digitized , you should have received by 15 days. For my purchase / delivery on 21 Nov received smart card with in week.
