Got my PDI done today..

Chasis no :checked
Odo: H with 10kms only
Bodyerfectly fine
Tyres;Perfect ( on ACTIVE with high GC 165 size tires looks out of place..no doubt)
Dash electronics: working
Gear knob :fine but it was total black ..poor very poor..I'll change it OEM

After all above were done..I gave a go ahead for registration..

Now comes the interesting part..

I had a pretty good offer with OTR as 6.50 lakh...with mud flaps,door mat,perfume,idol,reverse parking sensor,sun film & body cover...

I had ordered ORVM body color,chrome handles,chrome front grill & fog lamps as extra..

Manager was very patient he said he will make all arrangement though chrome handles & grill is doubtful (SA had outright rejected it)

I wanted to meet manager at Aadya (Hebbal B'lore)before I close the deal..I met him spoke to him,he tried convincing me ..I already had a good deal..then something came to my mind..I told him..I hv seen u somewhere & u must be my classmate...he immediately responded I thought the same...(it was a like suresh/umesh 5 star moment)..so there we go..we were buddies about 15 years ago in school & here we meet..

Now, how should a schoolmate help me...got awesome deals on all accessories I ordered as extra...(sorry can't disclose)

Planning modifications as explained earlier in this thread..

Many ppl say the black grill looks more sporty for OB color..but somehow I feel chrome grill is better...not very sure.

May be after I put alloys & ORVM's etc I'll decide..I have ordered for chrome grills anyways..

 

puntosat you are right. OB will gud with silver grill. just get it painted. no need to buy new ones.

@ puntosat: motorokr t505 seems to be a very nice product. Can you tell me the cost and where to get one. I have a Punto emotion so i need this badly
