What software you use for post processing images, like RAW images?
Any free software is good enough.
I am a big fan of Paint.NET, which I would call the layman's photoshop. Supports most of the formats, but not sure about RAW. Another I know of is IrfanView and it supports almost all image formats. Supports RAW images
Why be limited to only Paint.NET & Irfanview ? Just google "raw image processing software free" for more.
I am using GIMP now a days, with UFRaw plug-in to read Nikon - .nef - raw file.
For Nikon RAW editor users, Nikon is moving to Capture NX-D software.
Nikon | Capture NX-D
This is in beta version for now.
Is it free for Nikon users?
Normally, ViewNX2 comes free, with all DSLRs. This new one NX-D will replace that, it seems.
Silkypix Developer Studio, also bundled free with select Fuji cameras, like the HS10.
Other known software is Capture One Pro. There are however RAW convertion tools online.
Does anyone know any free software for Watermarking photos in a Batch?
Try uMark 3, looks good for requirement posted by you.
