70150 Kms on stock...still super good.
Linea Mjd August 2010 done 82000 kms clutch still doing fine.
Driving style, and traffic drivability may also play a role in clutch replacement.
About 55K KM and running on stock clutch.
Absolutely right Aseem(asimpleson). I have now clocked 85k and feel it can easily pull along till 100k or may be even more.

I have done 72k on my MJD Punto.... still feeling the same softness !
I replaced my clutch at 34000 kms. I have a very strong itch in my gut that the FIAT clutch quality is not upto the mark. Read my experience on clutch replacement at the below mentioned link:
It may be true, but I have seen most of them wearing out at 25-45k kms since the days of Palio Ds and Siena Ds, don't know how but it is was a belief among certain Fiat technicians I interacted, that Siena clutch lasted longer. The brand used then or sold as OEM was Lancia, then some LUK aftermarket kind (still reputed), and now they have Valeo (Ricambi Originali) loosely translated as original spare parts for Linea.
Performance clutch kits if made available in market by resellers, cannot guarantee long life either, and in most cases the gear shifting becomes bit hard.
I have done 85 k totally but I am on my third set. First change at 30K ( warranty ) second at 84K Paid.
Changed at 79000km on 2009 Linea fire. Reverse gear had become a pain.
