Planning for a trip to Coorg/Yercaud/JogFalls, Is it the right time?

Guys any suggestion on places near Bangalore < 300KMs for this long weekend getaway and worth a visit at this season of time.

Ooty is a good option. It is ~290 kms from bangalore.

Is this season correct for Ooty?

Well ooty/kodai are the best you can get in south india in terms of height from sea level.
