Pick up and starting problem

some expert advice please

Fiat grande punto 1.3 emotion pack (2009)
ODO = 71k

My car takes too long self to start. After that found a faulty glow plug and replaced it and also installed a new battery. Still problem is there.
Also pickup in the car is very less. The speed maximum goes up to *90 and max rpm 4000*. (MAF sensor plugged or unplugged same in both conditions)

Then on the advice of a mechanic, I got its intercooler and silencer cleaned. After that there was a little pickup increase. Also changed all filters but problem is still there.
Also The Check Engine Ligh is ON

Not getting back Smoke also getting Good average Approx 24

On 8 may 2016 ODO was 57105
In the last 6 years it has run only 14000 kms. Or the car was parked outside most of the time In last 6 years.

 

Does this make tak tak sound in low speed? Like knocking sound?
Mine was making tak tak sound in low speed and it was taking longer time to start. Kms done 148500.
My mechanic told me nozzles are making sound. After checking one of the injectors was found malfunctioning.
This was repaired and I had to pay only Rs.4000 for cleaning and repairing.
And my Punto, it started running just like new. (needless to say that tak tak sound and delayed starting vanished and full powered restored)

 

The car was giving starting problem, making a strong "khrrr" sound in the morning and taking a bit long to start. The sound didn't appear afterwards during the day. But the time taken to start was more.
This was during the winter in February. Last week I changed the din50 amaron battery with the same one after 40 months. The sound was still there. I changed the starter motor bendix today. The sound didn't appear while coming back from the garage.
I will update if the sound re-appears. But the staring is instant as before.

 

How much did it cost to change starter bendix motor?

 

1800 including labour. The motor is valeo made.
