Today the Linea completes one year of ownership and has 28,028 kms on the odometer. Let me list down the likes and dislikes post a year of ownership. The 28,000 km milestone Likes Gorgeous looks Ride and Handling, steering feedback Brilliant brakes for the segment Ground clearance, you can simply not bother about bad roads much High beams are quite good and does command respect with good bulbs Speed masking capability Mileage Mile munching capability, can drive for long hours on the highway without breaking a sweat. (read as cruising speed and not over speeding) Blue n Me The AC is quite powerful Dislikes The low beam could have been better No bottle holders A few rattles crop up in the 2012 versions Crappy Goodyear tyres Crappy speakers Noisy blowers at higher fan speeds Weird acting rain sensing wipers. Wipes fast in drizzle and goes to intermittent mode in heavy rain, when its supposed to work exactly the opposite way AC filters get clogged quite easily Wind noise due to wing mirrors Issue Faced Brake judder around 9000 kms, Discs and brake pads changed under warranty A few rattles in the left front door. Sorted out with the dampening Carpets getting wet during to the prolonged drive in the water logged area. It required 4 days to strip the carpets, dry it and to put it back. Wobbling issue due to Goodyear tyres, Sorted out with multiple trials and road force balancing at Madhus Langford road. I am still compiling more information on the mileage, cost of ownership, etc.
