Mail him this image
ask him if the ones that he see on this are 75Amp ones if not 7.5 Amps
I found out that if the coolant is replaced, during servicing or so, make sure to check it in next few weeks, chances are the level will come down, you need to top it up. This is presumed to be normal behavior.
Same happened to my Punto too. The coolant level went below the minimum mark. This is because it takes some time for the coolant to displace the air bubbles in the cooling system. We just need to top up.
This happened to my car after AC upgrade in last Dec and the 3rd free service last month.
Coolent level should not be go down. It is absolutly abnormal.
There is no any connection between use of heater/defogger & coolent consumption.
I am also facing problem of frequently low coolent level. I am fed up now because of frequently top-up. Dealer is not ready to accept problem of my car.
This is not a regular issue, at least for me. It's a one time thing and happens only if you do a complete replacement/drain of coolant.
If it's a reccuring issue for you, then probably you get it checked for any leaks.
Yes even in my last 2 years, coolant never went below min mark.
Only after replacing the coolant in 3rd servicing, it went down, and now again looks ok.
I started the thread because i had AC upgrade donw during that time and coolant level went below after that. That was because of the air in the pipes. After that it has been around 10K and i have not faced the issue of level down.
Bhai you should check for some leak and that leak is not visible easily.
No there is ano any leakege. Dealer checked the car for 4 times.
Still dealer is refusing the problem.
He is directly alleging on me that I might have draining the coolent and
customer (myself) is creating false problem of loss of coolent .
How frequent is it happening bhai?
If its frequent, go to other dealership.
This is funny comment from your service person.
My warrantee is ending on 25-8-2011. That's why dealer is avoiding. He is doing time-pass by replacing clips of hose pipes unnecessary and topping up coolent after every 600-700 KM.
When my warrantee will expire that will be most happiesest day of his life.
so he can prepare huge amount of repair bill to solve problem of coolent loss after the expiry of warrantee.
