    Hello Team,

My Palio Stile MJD is due for tyre change

Tyre upsize from 165/80/R13 to 185/70/R13 - Is that ok

Unable to get the stock tyres in market

Apollo Acelere is the option for Rs 4.5K per tyre in Bangalore

Any other tyre options below that price range

    Regards
    Amar

185/70 R13 should be perfect upgraded size on 13".

    Which one is stock tyre?

You should get good tyres in this size, I think Michelin XM2, Apollo Accelere, Yoko A Drive etc.

Goodyear GPS2 165/80/R13 are the stock tyres currently on

Not getting that size shops in Bangalore saying its phased out now

Not sure how the 185/70/R13 works as the Tyre dealers have to make a sale while my Palio MJD has to live with a shoe bite all along :(

It's the perfect size. Go for it. Palio deserves better than the stock 165's anyways. I had replaced the stock 165's on day one itself.

    Cheers.

I have upgraded the wheels in my palio to 185/65 R14 A drives. Since the existing 13 inch rims were starting to rust near the bolts and beading area, bought 5 new Punto active rims for 600 odd each.

The ride is a little stiff, but a lot better grip during braking.

I am thinking to replace tyres from 165 to 185 on my palio stile. Those Good year tyres does'nt inspire grip levels when Braking.

You can even consider upgrading the alloys as well to 14" 185/65 R14

185 is the perfect size for the Palio, atleast for the 1.6 and the 1.9D versions. Some guys may opt for the 165 due to FE concerns but the car deserves 185's.

    Hi Team

Before that company given tyres had too much problem.
I changed my tyre with bridgestone and every problem related alignment pulling one side
on road presence even fuel economy also same.I am using it 45000 km,now it's condition is very good
and It will support me another 30000 km. It is very good tyre we tried this on 5 different car .

    B & S Series-GENERAL
Tyre Type : Tube Type, Tubeless Type
    Size : 175/70 R13 82S
    Pattern Description
    S322 is a well-accepted international pattern.
Four straight main grooves enhance high water drainage leading to high wet grip/traction. Lateral grooves, lateral sipes and random pattern arrangement provide quite ride and high wet/dry traction and wet/dry grip.
Overall it is a well-balanced tyre with a beautiful tread and sidewall appearance.
