I have been driving palio stile since three months. It is wonderful car . I am getting more mileage on Stile comapared to two year old Punto.
Only weird thing i have observed is AC fan / Radiator fan makes hell of noise.
On Dusty roads, it blows up all the dust beneath the car and its annoying experiance to bystanders on traffic signals:).
I am thinking of fixing it by fitting some Flap underneath the Fan so that it will not blow the ground directly.
Please suggest solution if any one faced this kind of Experiance.

    Regards,
    Shashank

If the Stile has the same fan setup as the 1.9D, there will be two fans. Check if both are working correctly. Sometimes one fan conks off and all work is handled by the fan running on the high speed relay.

Having said that, if the weather is hot and the AC is on - the fan will go into high speed mode (if needed) till things cool down. That's normal working. Just like Linea/Punto and other cars.

The Loud noise of the second fan is common
For the dust /tornado around the car, The Air from the fan seems to hit the ground. You can Install a Splash Guard for this ( You can also fit a Indica Splash Guard as both of them share the same part as I am told ) I had the same problem in my Palio Stile. I installed a DIY Guard ..and the dust seems be a thing of past.

AC Fan regulator switch for Fiat Palio Stile

Hi Guys need advice on following link. AC Fan regulator for Fiat Palio stile
After running for 1 hour AC Fan on my palio stile is getting hell of noise sometimes it goes upto 10-15mins.
In above link it says that AC Fan regulator switch goes bad, the fan would run at maximum speed ( As per my understanding ).
Can any one throw some light on this part. Does changing this switch fetch good results

Below mentioned detail present in portal
When to change? Over time, if one may find AC blower switch not changing speed at all at certain speed settings and may require manual adjustment to change fan speed. At this point, worn out fan switch could be the cause.

    Shashankreddy,

From the looks of it this looks like a not so expensive fix, already parts for AC system for our cars are not cheap. Ask your mechanic and try changing it. It may solve your problem.
