Once a FIAT, always a FIAT

Posting in the forum after a long time, moved to United Kingdom few years back and got busy with life. Now, just wanted to share about the new member to our family. A 2017 model FIAT 500 in Glam Coral colour. Bought this car from https://www.cazoo.co.uk/ and was delivered before the lock-down. Primary use was for city driving and school drops. Wife wanted a mini cooper or FIAT 500. I was not comfortable with the seating position in mini, so the obvious choice was FIAT 500.

Please also post how is the car while driving.
Mainly, I read somewhere that it is a pocket rocket although with 69bhp/1.2L engine.

I will do a video as soon as I can find my camera holder.
Yes this is a 1.2L engine, which is same as my Punto active.
It is quick considering the less body weight and better gear ratios. Gear shifts are much smoother too.
It also has a city driving mode, which makes the steering further light. So far I have not used that.
Only negative is the steering feedback, which is not good as my Punto.

 

That is electric power steering for you!
EPS is going to stay here, for its ability to be controlled by computer inputs than the fuel economy gains.
But, we can continue to enjoy the existing cars with power steering.

Thanks mate, the official name of this colour is Glam Coral, a pinkish red shade.
This car is primarily for my wife, so its fine with me.
