old cars in delhi and vehicle scrappage policy

hi, i'm new here. are there any members based in delhi who have cars that qualify as scrap according to the 10/15 rule in delhi which is different from the rest of the country. i would imagine lots of old painstakingly maintained cars qualifying as mere scrap in the coming year even though they're in prime condition. wanted to connect and figure out what could be done about it. thanks

Mine is HR26 and in Dec it will be 10 yrs and still my car pass Pollution test and give mileage of 19-21 on highway and city 17-18
