While watching Overdrive on CNBC Awaaz came to know about a very good gesture from Maruti Suzuki for its customers who suffered car losses during recent J&K mishap. Reports coming out are that almost 10K MS customers are impacted during flood and dealerships have made an effort to bring in almost 6K impacted cars to workshop. MS from company point of view has deployed 75 technicians to J&K to expedite repairing process. Not just this but company has went one step ahead to contribute 50% of depreciation expenses and is offering good discounts in terms of loyalty bonus to those customers whose cars got totalled. Really appreciate this good gesture from MS.
