New-Vehicle Sales Experience - Survey

In India there are two ways a product gets sold, one by word of mouth publicity (this is the most important, a lot people just go blindly for a perticular brand/product based on what they have heard from other, no checking on whats good or bad and how the competitor models/products are). The second is just shear publicity.

I think gradually FIAT numbers are improving, but not to what we would love to have. It would be great if FIAT starts the publicity to include some real life feedback from the real owners. It will really help them.
