New Independent Fiat Showroom in Hyderabad

I would be gladly surprised if this happens, cause it would happen right under my nose un-noticed. Hope this is not a prank for the Fool's day.

First of all, my Sincere apologies to my fellow TFI-Hyderabad members for denying the news about the New Exclusive Fiat Showroom. :-|
As said many a times earlier, I work in the building just behind the location where people from Tejaswi Motors claim to be opening the Fiat Showroom.

That said, lets get on to the details of my investigation

About 30mins ago I recieved a call from our fellow TFI-Hyderabad member, Prasanna enquiring about the new GC kits and
the OR prices of 2012 model Puntos as one of his cousin was planning to buy one. :up
During the call we happened to discuss a lot of things, of which one of the topic was about the new Fiat Showroom.
Yesterday night I happened to see that there were some workers doing some paint job at around 8.30pm which usually is not the case.
Then it struck to me, may be this the new showroom everyone is talking about.
Usually the shutters are closed both in the mornings and the evenings when I commute to my work place. :confused
(This is the actual reason for my claims earlier that nothing is being done towards the setup of a new showroom.)

So I reached the location which is hardly a minute walk for me. I found a security guard and approached him. The conversation goes like this.

Me : Is this the new FIAT Showroom?

Security Guard : No, its a TATA Showroom !!! unch

Me : (WT*!!!!) You mean FIAT? ::T

Security Guard: What?? :?:

Me : FIAT!!! :uh

Security Guard : What?? :A

(For a moment I felt like dragging him to my car parked in the lane next to the building and show him the FIAT logo and ask him again :chair: .... Is it FIAT ??? But then, I thought atleast he is ready to answer me, which is not his job and tried a different question.)

Me : Is this owned by Tejaswi Motors. :redcar

Security Guard : (Spontaneously) Yes. :clap

Me: Great. When will be the work finished. :dance

Security Guard : May be in a week or so. (And kept on going) The tiles work is finished, the putty work and One coating of painting work is finished, will soon finish the other coats, the electrical connections are done, Lighting is almost done, Glass doors will arrive soon...... :hit

Then I felt very sorry about not enquiring in the first place before claiming anything and immediately took few snaps from my S2.

So it is showroom, not service station?

 

Yes, for now only the showroom is exclusive. One of the employee at Tejaswi Motors Sevice Center, ACRM to be precise who informed me about this showroom earlier in Dec was a bit disappointed and was hoping that there would be an exclusive Service Center too. The current location of their Service Center is apt though combined with TATA, as it is situated right next to the IT hub where you could find a lot of Punto/Linea users. They can give their cars for servicing while going to the work and collect them while returning home. Most convenient location for the IT guys IMHO.

 

My wife informed me today over the phone that there has been a progress in setting up the new Tejaswi Motors Showroom (My wild guess is that they might have put up a board along with a Fiat Logo). I cannot check it myself as I am abroad. Can some one please have a look at the showroom and post the details here along with few pics if possible.
