New Color for Punto?

    I saw this photo on Team-bhp in a thread by someone who posted a photo of his GP when he went for PDI.

    In the background, we can see a Blue color Punto.
    It does not look like the Electric Blue Punto (which had been discontinued). Also, I don't think that an Electric Blue BS-3 Punto would be standing in a city like Chennai.

    Any idea about new colors on Punto?

    Offf Ohooo Why FIAT is playing with my emotions?

    I'l like to tell history. In Nov 2008 When I have decided to buy Palio Style in ozone blue color, somebody told me that FIAT is coming with all new cars in India. In Jan2009 they launched Linea which was out of my budget at that time. In Jul09 they launched Punto and in Nov09 I have almost decided to buy Punto in electric blue color. Then I got good salary hike. So a user of Padmini for 25 years and Uno for 5-6 years I have decided to go for Linea- a big sedan from FIAT. Almost I tried every way from posting letters to comm offices/factory/CEO's corner for custom blue color in linea. I was also thinking they may launch T-jet in blue.(somebody posted it is also coming in cool jazz blue)In these requests periods meanwhile blue was discontinued in Punto since May'10. Hindi me " Na ghar ka na ghat ka". Marathi me "donhi ghar cha pahuna upashi" So finally neither Punto nor linea was available in blue. :A
    In last month I got regret reply from CEO off. about my request and I have booked Linea in Black.
    Again Punto is coming in Blue..
    Now next month they will come out Linea in blue and I'l will be cursing myself for at least next 5 years
    ( I can't really afford to sell black and buy blue linea )
    God please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :confused

    I can understand NK4FIAT,I've seen your repeated posts in TEAM BHP seaking info on the time of launch of blue Linea,time and again,but it never happened and I read about your booking the black color.Please don't regret :drinks ,I promise you and even sort of challenge that LINEA is such a lucky mascot that once you aquire one you will get enough money to buy another one ::T ,certainly the very same blue,which will be launched in next quarter,you just wait and watch.If that doesn't happen I shall buy you a blue LINEA!.God certainly helps the deserving. ::T

    nk4Fiat, Black is also a neat color but yea u wont be those limited edition customers though with the Blue babies...

    I am pretty much sure that the linea is NOT coming in Blue.

    And even if it does come in blue a couple of years down the line : repainting your black linea won't be as expensive as buying a new car.

    If I were you : i would go for the Fox Trot Azure Linea :)
