    He must have meant "cleaning" may be typo.
    However, IMO, diesel when mixed with water and other sediments may cause corrosion

    Dude it was a typo. Its cleaning
    They first flush with water n dry it by pressure gun. Spray diesel say approx. 1/4th litre of diesel. Again spray air with pressure gun.
    Interior polishing. Exterior waxing 2 coats.
