Fixed an Appointment for the Service on 18.12.2012. at Fortune-Nerul

As the New place is still under final stage and said will be ready by end of Dec, By the time can get the Car for sevicing at Fortune - UranPhata

Done with Service it fetched IRS6500.00

They have changed the Engine oil, Oil Filter and cleaned the Air Filter and did the Alignment, And said every thing else is perfect... Its done....

How you managed servicing from fortune. they are not ready for taking my car for servicing. Any suggestions for an good SA. My SA Pawan is very irresponsible.

As my Punto is run only KM.12500, They said only routine service they do and the major service they are postponding till the end of month, As they have shifted most of their machinery to the new location.

AS i am in kuwait, My dad had taken the car for service, will call tonight and PM you the SA Name. Received you PM.

Just called my dad, he said as he had called them for appointment, they said will call you back. soon they called after 20 minutes, asking for the day of appointment for servicing, dad said by 18 or 19, She said okay get the car on 18th Dec.

There were only 5 cars for servicing ours was the one Punto with a Linea and 2 Indica and a Sumo.
The SA name was Ravi, he said they take only 5 cars a day for servicing as they have moved many of the machinery to the new location which will be opened by 28.12.12.

MY Advice.:
Take Prior Appointment after 28.12.2012 and post us about the New Service Station.

Dad was saying they are opening the Showroom next to the foot of the hill where there is a Traffic Light (Toyota Showroom) was there i suppose.
And the Service will be near the LP - Nerul.

 

Here is the Picture of my Active Punto after 4 Yrs done 17800 Kms.
Did the 3M Polish, Exterior 2 coats and Interior Waxing, and cleaning Engine Compartment with Diesel. the car is shinning like NEW

Only one query here... Recently, during my visit to FASS... Senior most service manager told me that we should not apply diesel in engine compartment. According to him, sprayed diesel eats up the rubber parts in long run. Diesel is not good for rubber parts is what he told me.

May be other tfians here can clarify this.

I have done this times (Engine Compartment sleaning with Diesel), but no issues yet..
