Agreed. I changed the HU on my Fiat Linea recently to a Pioneer DEH 80-prs. Used Connects2 for retaining steering controls. What I lost is Blue & Me, the phone button on the steering, and the MID display showing what song is playing etc., The Windows button works ( it changes folders)

My setup is as follows :

    1) Pioneer DEH 80-prs HU
    2) Alpine 2-way components in front
    3) Boston Acoustics 2-way components at rear
    4) The front is powered by an Audison SR-4 class D amp in bridge mode
    5) The rear is powered by the HU amp
    6) Acustika monobloc for powering the sub
    7) Cervin Vega 12-inch sub in trunk.
    8) Double layer Damping done for four doors and the Boot/parcel tray

Running in passive mode currently, pretty happy with the front staging. Currently playing flac files from my iPhone 6 Plus.

Got the install done from my regular guy in Jayanagar 4th T block (High Definition Cars). Have done many ICE upgrades on earlier cars from him and stuck to him.

1.Firstly I want to know what is the type of speakers in front and back in Linea Emotion Pack 2011.
2.Next I was recommended another setup.
Boston 1300 watts sub with original box
    Ground zero 4 channel amp
    Total cost asking 12000
    Is this setup good?
Please reply for both the questions as early as possible.I am going to install within 2 days.

    Rishik7,
    1) the one I had were I think Delphi make on both doors, they were at best "not to my taste"
    2) I personally have used BA earlier and still have a pair of BA SC50 components at the rear door. I love the quality of it. No experience with Ground Zero amp. Probably others in the forum may help

Amps and speaker and Headunit all produce unique combinations for quality and taste. It may produce quality clean output but will you like the signature of it will be a big question. 1300watts PMPO is loud enough. You need atleast one component set for front. Remove connection for rear door speakers just disconnect wiring. Run it for few days and take a call if you need more midbass in cabin for your taste. The topic deserves to be discussed in ICE section. With regards brand and pricing please search more. I would recommend CEA rated (marked) stuff for amplifiers. Old amps with CEA would be better than new amps without CEA mark. Do dig further.

    Cheers.
