I had considered i20,polo and punto.My bro had opted for polo but the stunning looks of punto could not let me go for any other car.
My heart beats for Punto only.
I did my bookin last month sept 25 and got delivery yest i.e. 2 nov .
But sad that I have not yet seen my car cos I m working in Chennai and my home town is goa.
Ne ways will be bak for diwali to Goa.
I m yet to go through manual and eah and every feature that this car is having.
Thanks to Team-Bhp whose reviews were really helpful to take this decision.

 

Forgot to mention that I dint get any freebies from the dealer.
No mudflaps ,no mattings.
I have done Anti rust undercoating for Rs 3500 having 5 yr warranty.
Almost the total cost went to 6.42 lac.

i am gettin F.E. 11 with ac on.
Ride quality is awesome but i feel the gear shift is very long and very hard also .transmission from 4 and 5 and vice versa is bit tough.
Suspension is really good.
I would lik to know fe ur getting and do post ur driving experience.

Yes I too feel the same about 4th and 5th gear.
And about Fe, well it's between the range of 9.5 to 11..am a new driver you see :steering
so far no driving on highway, have driven only in city.

What's the ideal rpm level for the initial 1000 :confused

i agree with u regarding the fe ur gettin in city.On highways it will defn cross 12.
the ideal rpm is between 2000-2500 for the first 1500 kms.But truely speaking if u cross 2500 rpm in 3 rd gear ,u will defn feel the power that Punto has.
the engine sound at this point of time is awesome.
hey even this is my first car but i drove a lot other cars.
Vikrant , i request u to take this car on highways i'll bet u no other car in hatchback gives the comfort and ride quality that Punto gives. :car
