Thanks a lot for the appreciation and compliments, mayurshah.

Sure, we will make it happen. :)

Bon voyage, once again. So, you must have crossed the bad stretch from Satara to Pune. :)

Seems to get the rupee symbol, you are going the laborious way.
If you are on Win7, Alt key on the right of space bar and 4 together will get you ₹ the symbol easily.
Seems MS also has a patch.
An update to support the new currency symbol for the Indian Rupee in Windows Vista, in Windows Server 2008, in Windows 7 and in Windows Server 2008 R2

Mac also has a solution with Option+4.

Ravi ji, kindly tell me where to procure the battery clamp that your Linea has? The one where you don't need a spanner to remove? Any part number, or something to help?

Do you mean the adjustable belt wrapped around the battery? Sorry, I don't know the part number. You can try at FIAT ASS.

The terminal clamp of my Linea's battery is the stock, factory-fitted one. I don't know its part number too.

This doesn't come in MJD and now not in new T-Jets too.

It was an ingenious terminal clamp for a user... No effort with spanner. I don't know what would happen if I touch naked spanner to the terminal to disconnect battery, but I know is have liked the option to use my thumb to disconnect it!

A classic FIAT thoughtfulness gone rogue due to cost cutting measures, I guess.

That's the negative terminal of the battery, which I disconnected many times to reset Blue&Me using my fingers. Are you sure it is discontinued in the new models?

I too think so. The self locking one is not provided these days.
