Mercedes behaving like confused chinese copycats

    I was reading this article today

    The headlight cluster looks like the work of a confused designer . Its got hints of the AUDI Leds and the RR Phantom Sqare shape and too much of LED bling and the tail lamps are weird . Atleast I feel so ... Mercedes is screwing up big time on design

    The side profile has a Jaguar look. I heard that Mercedes Benz recently recruited a group of engineers previously working for JLR. ::V

    To me, the rear of the new Merc E-Class looks like that of Hyundai Sonata Transform.
    I mean the tail light design.

    They were either fired by Tata's after the JLR takeover or they were not happy with the pay cuts.

    I understand that Tata's had cut salaries of staff after the takeover.

    This group of engineers might be a fall out of that.

    Anyway : I am wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy :eek:fftopic

    About the link & Mercedes : I did not care to open it. I don't like Mercs AT ALL !!
