It’s been nine months since I got my Vocal White Tjet and the ”itch” to customise it is becoming stronger every passing day. So I decided to create this thread and get suggestions and inputs from the forum and do things step by step.

There are some things which can be done and some which could be a problem due to certain reasons but I am anyway listing them down below:

    1. Paint the Front grille’s, the fog lamps parts and the ORVM’s black or a dark purple.
    2. Paint the rear lip spoiler to black, looks difficult as it may involve removing it.
    3. Paint the roof glossy pearl or metallic black or black vinyl on the roof.
    4. Paint the wheels matching the body colour.
    5. Paint the brake callipers red or orange.
    6. Change to stock air filter to a conical air filter.
    7. Changing the Exhaust muffler, to make it sound good :D. And removing the catalytic converter if necassary.
    8. Re mapping the engine.

Some of these might void the warranty on my car but I may still go ahead and do it later. So please give your suggestions and advice. Anything negative is also okay.

By the way, these are what I have already done on my car:

    1. Changed the tyres to Michelin Primacy 3ST 205/55 r16
    2. Fixed Blaupunkt Sunfilm all around including the front windscreen
    3. Installed rear parking camera and sensors
    4. Reduced the GC by installing pre 2012 set up
    5. Got the rear lip spoiler
    6. Got Tjet door sills
    7. Got engraved number plates

And here is how she looks now:

EDIT: If this thread is in the wrong section please move it to the appropriate one.

Awesome start. BTW, is the first photo taken at Valparai?

This is the best thing you have done to your car till date. :D

Another suggestion here. Why not install the Cruise Control in your car?

@ Satish: Thanks for the compliment and my username is nearly ten years old :D

@ Pabhishek: Thanks. Some more snaps coming up.

@ ramjn: I didn't know I could fit Cruise control on my car. Thanks for the info, how much does it cost? but will it be useful, do you have it on your car.

Yes, you may ask :). Its pronounced Subzero, I loved BASS and sub woofers made a lot of it and hence the name. "Sub" for the subwoofers and "zero" for the lower frequencies which connote bass.
