For Linea Petrol 1.4 FIRE the recommended interval for changing fuel filter is 15000kms.
Is is mandatoryto change fuel filter?
Does ASS changing fuel filter at every service?

Yes it is mandatory to change the fuel filter every 15K kms service schedule and ASS does that as per the schedule maintained. You can check the schedule in the Fiat manual you have, will give the list of mandatory replacements during each service.

Also when changing the auxiliary belt i.e. the serpentine belt I have seen people change the tensioner pulley along with it. Is this mandatory? If the belt is worn out but the pulley maintains proper tension changing the tensioner won't make sense. I guess the manual say changing serpentine belt at 1.20L kms and also changing the timing belt at same interval. Is changing tensioners for both belts recommended?

Interval is 60k for both timing and aux belt, its not necessary to change aux belt tensioner

@vIjAy_kHaSa What about the timing belt tensioner, do you recommend changing it with timing belt change or inspect it first then change it?

Get the tensioner changed with timing belt as if it fails afterwards the bill amount would be quite high to get the car back on road again

Where is the fuel filter located? I got a new petrol filter and seeing it seems to be simple plug n play fitting.

Any article on replacing the petrol filter? Location?

    Hi Sanket,
Yes its as simple as plug n play.
I am no sure if it may be different on another variant but on mine Linea Petrol Emotion Pack it is located on the right side near the rear wheel in a small aluminium housing.
    Disconnect the battery -ve terminal.
Be sure to see the DIRECTION of the one in place before replacing.

    Cheers!!

PS will upload a picture when I am back home (later today).
