Is this group is only for punto/linea/f500 users alone?

    Hi Friends,

    One of my friend (owner of Fiat Palio) wanted to join in TeamFiat.Co.in, however while trying to register the member ship here, we found that, in the car list none of the palio model got listed. My personal opinion is, being teamfiat, ideally it should include all fiat models rather than Punto, Linea and F500. Is there any plans to include palio users also into the group? :(

    However, your friend is welcome here as an Fiat Enthusiast for now. TFI is full of information regarding Punto and Linea from its users and owners. I'm sure coming years, your friend will definately wanna get into the fleet of Fiat's new generation cars.

    As grandeur has already pointed out this forum is for new generation Fiat's. Your friend can join as a Fiat Enthusiast though.

    All Palio (and other Fiat model owners) are free to join. However we don't intend to have any technical or similar discussions about those models on this forum since there is already a large group present on yahoo that is dedicated to those cars. They have a pretty large database / resource.

    As you can see, we have now started to develop quite a good amount of info about new Fiat's and we intend and plan to build on that in the future.

    but at the time of registration there is no option to select other FIAT models.
    I think a new category called others should be added for older models.

    Agreed. But, those who own older FIATs and the die hard fans of FIATs would ofcourse like to see those cars name in the site, as it says "Team FIAT India". If that is not the case, then there can be a separate sites for each and every models pf :car .

    This is my opinion, I would second ramesh_v and M A N U.

    Buddy, as Amogh said, there is a big group of old gen Fiat cars on yahoo. That is dedicated to old gen cars. There is no mean or benifit to list\discuss about old gen car on Team Fiat as you may not get proper response and attention on these cars. Why I am saying this i s, most of the member of Team Fiat are member of Yahoo group as well and we like to responde there.

    So it is purly in interest of member's and group's intigrity. Please don't consider it otherwise.
