    Hi all,
I'm completely new to this so please bear with me. It's pretty much a final request for help with our Fiat ducato motorhome 1998 model. We stopped last March for fuel on our way home and after refuelling the van wouldn't start with the key code light on solid. We had a tow home and since then we have had a huge headache trying to have the vehicle repaired. We have had the keys replaced and it has been in a Fiat workshop for 3 months!!!! Until they decided they could no longer repair it. The workshop did replace the transponder in the vehicle and now the key code light flashes, but they have also said it needs a new ECU and lock set. The parts are not available from Fiat due to the age of the van.
Any help at all will be appreciated and I will give extra info if needed.

Have you tried the used parts market?
Get ECU and lockset and key from a compatible car, probably of the same vintage, from scrap/used parts dealer.

I found this site. Not sure, if they are of any help.
    Try anyway
