I need advice !!

A year old thread but same issue so thought of continuing here
Got a pretty worshiped linea emotion pk 2009 with CNG, car is in good condition however I am a little worried about few things
1. Pickup is little sluggish
2.front suspension is making some grinding noise specially while taking turns it becomes very prominent
3. Windshield and left headlight Ned buffing

Jay vijay motors quoted me 13k + labkur only for suspension
Unabkebto find a reloabke mechanic in my area (vishrantwadi)
Please help people
